The candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Job duties include scribing, rooming, learning the front desk among other MA duties.
The candidate should have the ability to learn quickly , be detail oriented, punctual, dependable and be able to communicate with patients, staff and physician.
The candidate should have experience in scribing, rooming, patient calls, procedure scheduling, medical records, scanning, medication refills, referrals and prior-authorizations , with a minimum of 1-2 years experience Experience in a Gastroenterology office a plus.
Scribing skills a plus.
