We started in 1936, with authentic family recipes for great Tex-Mex, along with a vision of what casual family dining should be.
We are a growing and dynamic company, with great opportunities for dedicated and energetic managers.
We have opportunity for managers at all levelsall the way from entry level to seasoned veterans.

You can expect a 6-10 week training program that will prepare you for future success in the company.
We have friendly operational hours (11-9 Sunday thru Thursday and 11-10 Friday and Saturday).
Managers will typically work 50-55 hour work weeks with two consecutive days off.
