The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including organizing paperwork and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems, supply management, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Prepare payroll weekly.
Assist office employees with their requests.
