This position requires working on Sundays Mornings and Late on Wednesdays, with Friday and Saturday Off.

Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating content to post and ensuring adherence to all social media posting requirements and culture.
The social media coordinator is responsible for engaging with the online community and create an inviting atmosphere that feels inclusive and seamless compared to in-person attendance and participation.
Social Media Regularly communicates and answers questions regarding the social media strategy to church leadership and ministry teams.
Recruits & trains volunteers when necessary.
Aims to create a standard for each role, and actively trains the team on the church's brand voice and content.
Maintain an ongoing relationship with pastoral leadership with the goal of having a consistent aim as to content creation, posting timeline, and the specific goals for each social media platform.
Partner with church leaders of the OpenDoor Family of ministries and ministry leaders to make sure there is social media coverage of events outside of normal church hours.
Create a calendar with the social media ministry including goals weekly, monthly, quarterly.
See that content is consistent across all requested forms of social media.
Measures and tracks any relevant analytics and goals on an agreed to basis with leadership.
Makes adjustments as needed and requested.
Content Creation Compiles and creates content (links, photos, graphics, videos, etc.
) for each post and writes the proposed captions.
Regularly listens to weekly services and programming, speaks with ministry leaders and staff for content ideas (examples:
sermon quotes, worship moments, special events, ODX.
tv content etc.
) Safely and securely compile the content (photos, links, videos, etc) from ministry leaders, church leaders, and members for posts.
Maintain ongoing working relationships with videographers, photographers, and media volunteers.
Submits draft(s) of the content to the Executive Pastor over media and/or ministry leader for review.
Then obtain approval for scheduling and/or publishing online and across social media platforms.
Trains other ministries and ministry leaders at OpenDoor Family of Ministries on how to create content for ministry social media accounts.
Ensuring all volunteers have all the required information and resources needed in order to complete tasks.
Make recommendations for additional social platforms and eliminate those that are obsolete Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
