Specializing in custom product development, we produce a wide range of kettle cooked recipes for our regional and national chain restaurant partners.
Our capabilities include an array of kettle cooked food products including soups, sauces, side dishes and dips.
Schedule:

00pm / Monday thru Friday (Saturdays As Needed) Role and
Responsibilities:
Employee will be responsible for ensuring safety leadership and strategic direction by leading the company in continuous safety improvement efforts.
Validates production data entry completed on floor and addresses issues as needed before submitting to Accounting Manager for final processing.
Communicates with production and inventory teams to address production entry errors and ensure root causes are identified.
Orders maintenance spare parts and office supplies:
Receives maintenance goods into the ERP system.
Works with maintenance department to ensure spare parts stock is kept accurate.
Receives, greets visitors and maintains a well-presented lobby.
Answers the telephone and directs calls appropriately.
Performs various administrative functions such as receiving mail, signing for provided services and setting up Fed Ex pickups.
Perform other duties as requested by senior leadership.
Skills and Requirements:
Basic literacy (English) and math skills (use of calculator).
Bilingual preferred.
Microsoft Experience (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Must have general bookkeeping knowledge and knowledge.
Must be proficient in navigating different systems.
APTEAN experience preferred.
Effective communication skills, written and orally.
Must be proficient in using a desktop PC.
Must be able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail is required.
Able to adapt to fast paced environment and multi-task.
Additional Notes:
Maybe required to help in other departments.
Also, may have to have additional training.
