The job responsibilities are and are not limited to the following:
Being the first point of contact for phone and email inquires Review patient information upon check in and update information Organizing patient records and keeping Confirm upcoming appointments Ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are present and updated Liaising with insurance companies Ensure patients attend their appointments, and if an appointment is canceled, follow up with motivated patients to maintain or reschedule their appointments.
