Responsibilities:
Assisting the General Manager in the overall operations of the store in a leadership capacity.
Ensuring a superior guest experience, maximizing sales performance, and driving profitability while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Will complete the store opening/ closing and follow opening/ closing proceduresMakes bank depositsAssist the General Manager with product orderingBrand loyalty:
Communicate and execute a positive brand impression to the overall Guest experience.
Must ensure consistency and high-quality preparation of smoothies and Guest service.
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
Essential Functions:
Operates a blender and POS cashier system.
Regularly moves boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs.
, throughout the store.
Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10 F.
The employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
Microsoft Office knowledge required.
Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
Excellent Communication Skills, and ability to give and receive feedback.
